My pedaler is a little over biked since the 28th of December. The oomph just isn't there. We went out for a short ride today and the headwind just suck the life out of my pedaler. I think he needs to take a few days off before he goes out again and he also need to lift some weights as well.
Well, that's all the news for now and I look forward to ole man winter coming next week.

Well, I tried to get out yesterday, but my rider was too busy working. Today on the other hand was another day and we got out a little after 2 and we headed west, south west for a so called quick ride to GM and then a little further south on Homestead.
The weather was a balmy 45 to 47 or so, but it felt like 30 to 35 with the 15 to 20 mph head wind. It took an hour and ten to go almost 17 miles and then it took 52 to 55 to return home. Ahhh, TAILWIND!!!! Well, tomorrow is supposed to be another great day. Will try to write tomorrow.

Friday the 22nd was a rainy day and it just wouldn't stop. I couldn't make up my mind to ride, but then my pedaler said what the hell it is 50 degrees towards the end of December and you have to the opportunity when you can. So off we went.....Read on for more
